1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "Member") and m8k8 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the m8k8 website located at m8k8.org and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the m8k8 registration process, accessing your m8k8 login, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the m8k8 platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with m8k8's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and m8k8.

2.Eligibility and Age Requirements

Access to and use of the m8k8 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). m8k8 strictly enforces this requirement and will not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or wager on the Platform.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of use.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, restricted, or requires a local license not held by m8k8.
• You are not acting as an agent or nominee for any third party in connection with your use of the Platform.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee or director of m8k8 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or service partners.

m8k8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

3.Account Registration and Verification

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the m8k8 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

m8k8 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification program in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR requirements. Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at any other time at m8k8's reasonable discretion — you may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a UMID, Driver's License, Philippine Passport, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership.

m8k8 will not be liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by a player's failure to complete KYC verification in a timely manner.

4.Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

m8k8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable minimum/maximum limits: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (cryptocurrency).

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. m8k8 does not accept third-party deposits or process withdrawals to accounts belonging to persons other than the registered account holder. Any attempt to circumvent this policy may result in immediate account suspension and fund forfeiture pending investigation.

Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal amounts are as displayed in the m8k8 cashier at the time of transaction. m8k8 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice. m8k8 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, withdrawal processing fees may apply depending on the payment method and applicable bank or e-wallet operator charges.

m8k8 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

5.Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

m8k8 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered members. All such promotions are subject to individual promotion terms, which will specify the applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings.

General bonus rules applicable to all m8k8 promotions include the following:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• m8k8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a promotion at any time if it has reason to believe the player is engaging in bonus abuse, match betting, arbitrage, or any other activity designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations, m8k8's records and internal systems shall be the definitive reference.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.

6.Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m8k8 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Creating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person without authorization.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with m8k8 games or the Platform in a manner not intended for normal player use.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches. Any winnings derived from known bugs must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime through the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your m8k8 account.

m8k8 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems to identify prohibited conduct. In serious cases, m8k8 will cooperate fully with PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement agencies, and relevant financial institutions in any investigation.

7.Intellectual Property

All content on the m8k8 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, layout, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of m8k8 or its respective licensors. No content from the m8k8 platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from m8k8.

8.Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

m8k8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire membership base in the Philippines. Every m8k8 account includes access to a full suite of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, session time limits, daily/weekly/monthly loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options of varying durations.

Self-exclusion requests submitted through the m8k8 account dashboard are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, the player's m8k8 login will be disabled for the duration of the exclusion period. m8k8 will not accept deposits from, or pay winnings to, a self-excluded player during an active exclusion period.

Gambling must be treated as entertainment only. m8k8 strongly discourages gambling as a source of income or as a way to recover financial losses. 9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, m8k8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if m8k8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

m8k8's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to m8k8 in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant event.

m8k8 is not responsible for any interruption of service caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party service disruptions, power outages, or force majeure events.

10.Privacy and Data Protection

m8k8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the m8k8 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. m8k8 processes personal data in compliance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

11.Amendments to These Terms

m8k8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, m8k8 will provide reasonable notice to active members via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the m8k8 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect.

12.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory authority, including PAGCOR where applicable.
